Starting the process to replace the lower Fan Shroud requires removal of the air cleaner assembly followed by removal of upper Fan Shroud bolts and the shroud itself. Installation starts with placing the upper Fan Shroud while keeping in mind the service precautions about fasteners then fastening the shroud bolts at 15 nm (11 ft. Lbs.) torque before reattaching the air cleaner assembly.
