Lift the vehicle with support and remove the stabilizer shaft. The Radiator fan electrical connector and lower transmission oil cooler line must be disconnected from the Radiator for the replacement. The procedure starts with removing Radiator fan shroud retaining bolts before extracting the Radiator fan along with the shroud. Place the Radiator fan and shroud correctly on the Radiator before installing both components together. Reconnect the lower transmission oil cooler line before installing the Radiator fan electrical connector then tighten all Radiator fan shroud retaining bolts to 5 nm (44 lb in). Put back the stabilizer shaft, lower the car and fasten the surge tank outlet hose to retaining clips near the Radiator fan shroud. The last step involves reattaching the engine wiring harness to the fan shroud parts while also reinstalling the Radiator support.
