One must start by unclamping the intake duct from the air cleaner assembly at the air cleaner intake duct and then remove the duct from the upper air cleaner cover. Start by unscrewing the upper air cleaner screws to separate the upper cover from the lower housing. After that remove the Air Filter from its position on the lower housing. First insert the new Air Filter into the bottom housing followed by attaching the upper air cleaner cover to the lower housing while tightening the screws to 3 n.m (27 lb in). Secure the intake duct to the upper air cleaner cover with a tightening force of 3 n.m (27 lb in).
