In a hatchback, in order to replace the speedometer, one has to disconnect the negative battery cable, pull out the instrument cluster, and then the lens and face plate. Installation To remove the screws connecting speedometer and reconnect them then reconnect the battery cable, re-attach the lens and face plate.
