Check the output speed sensor assembly for damages before proceeding. At the time of installation apply automatic transmission fluid to the output speed sensor seal before you put in the output speed sensor along with the bracket assembly. Fastener caution guidelines dictate installation of the bolt while tightening up to 11 nm (96 lb in). The output speed sensor electrical connector should be restored and vehicle lowering must be performed.
