How to replace the direct fuel injector (LAF) on 2010 GMC Terrain?

To substitute the direct fuel injector (LAF), reliever the high side fuel system pressure. Record the location of the injectors to be installed, and pull off the fuel rail assembly. Retainers: Throw away the retainers, clean the rail and injectors and fit in new retainers, the injectors being in the mentioned place before fitting back.
