How to service the Cabin Air Filter on 2011 Chevrolet Aveo?

The service process for passenger compartment air filter starts by opening the instrument panel compartment before pulling the glove box from its housing by both upper and lower sides. Wet the glove box and detach the filter cover by depressing its bottom retaining tab followed by lowering the cover down. Remove the exhaust waste passenger compartment air filter. Open the filter housing only when the arrows on the new filter indicate correct air direction and then securely put it into position. Finish the procedure by securing the filter cover followed by reinstallation of the glove box into the instrument panel using retaining tabs before shutting the glove box.
