Strike the lower Control Arm rivets with a punch and hammer until they let go from their position. Take out the Ball Joint from the lower Control Arm after this step. Install the Ball Joint onto the lower Control Arm while keeping the bolt in place and apply the appropriate torque during nut tightening. Secure the Ball Joint mounting parts after inserting bolts then tighten the nuts to 68 nm (50 lb ft). Sleep the Control Arm unit out of the vise and put it back into position. End your process by examining how straight the vehicle's front section is positioned.
