Saturn Sky Thermostat is the intelligent connection between the road loving convertible and the cooling system that is delicately adjusted. The Sky Thermostat, which is located in the engine bay, is a temperature gatekeeper and opens to allow coolant to flow to the radiator when the block gets hot, and closes to assist the engine in maintaining its optimal temperature, allowing the Saturn powerplant to reach peak efficiency within seconds and remain safe against damaging overheating. The Saturn Sky Thermostat does not need any external power source compared to the simple regulating valves, the wax pellet design is very reactive to heat and very reliable through countless spirited miles. To install, cool the engine, drain the coolant, remove the housing with unbolts, replace the Thermostat, reseal, replace it with fresh, bleed air, and warm up until the new Thermostat cycles.
