Unscrew and cam plate cover from the sunroof actuator then turn the actuator drive gear aligning the point marks. Mount the cam plate cover on the sunroof motor and tighten using 1 screw. Remove the 4 sunroof housing drain hoses from the housing by loosening the clamps. Disassemble the plastic retainers used to fasten each side rail roof panel insulator as well as the side rail roof panel insulators, 2 on each side. Disconnect the dome lamp wiring harness from the 2 hangers of the sunroof housing and then loosen the 8 bolts 4 of those brackets, 6 nuts and the sunroof housing. Lift out each sunroof sunshade stop, the 2 sunroof sunshade stops, and the sunroof sunshade by removing the screws. Unscrew the 2 screws that hold every sunroof guide block in place with the sunroof housing. The next step is to remove the six screws, the front support sunroof housing, and the sunroof guide blocks. Jerking each drive cable bracket with actuator cable connected out of the sunroof housing guide rails. For installation, slide each drive cable bracket to the rear with the actuator cable hooked up to the sunroof housing guide rails and ensure that the outer guide pins are in the guide rail slot. Mount the sunroof guide blocks and the sunroof housing front support and tighten it using 6 screws. Lightly tighten the 2 screws that attach each sunroof guide block to the sunroof housing. Push the rear support of the sunroof into its housing and install the sunshade of the sunroof to secure its location with the 2 stops of the sunroof sunshade using 2 screws for each stop. Reinstall the sunroof housing back to the vehicle, tighten, 6 nuts, 20 N.m (15 lb ft). Mount the 4 brackets that will fix the housing with the help of the 8 bolts. Reinstall the dome lamp wiring harness to the 2 hangers on the sunroof housing, and then install 2 side rail roof panel insulators to the roof panel, securing each with 2 plastic retainers. Connect the 4 sunroof housing drain hoses to the sunroof housing and secure each one with a hose clamp. Attach the sunroof actuator to the roof panel, fastening it with the help of 3 bolts, tightened up to 5.4 N.m (48 lb in). Connect sunroof actuator and solenoid and sunroof control module electrical connectors, and install the sunroof air deflector that is fastened with 2 screws.
