    The replacement process for front Brake Calipers begins by lifting and supporting the vehicle before removing its tire and wheel assembly. Simple steps include the removal of brake hose fitting bolt followed by waste disposal of the two brake hose fitting gaskets from brake hose fitting . Use new gaskets when possible. Use a cap over the brake hose fitting to stop fluid loss and contamination. The brake caliper guide pin bolts should be removed with hand tools yet the caliper guide pin requires an open-end wrench for stability but avoid applying it to the brake caliper to prevent brake pulsation. To install the new brake caliper to the caliper bracket users should use a back up wrench to maintain guide pins alignment while tightening the guide pin bolts to 60 nm (44 lb ft). The brake caliper needs new fitting gaskets which should be installed before adding the brake hose fitting bolt with two new gaskets next to the brake hose fitting . Secure the brake hose assembly at its designated position on the caliper and tighten the fitting bolt to 40 nm (30 lb ft). The hydraulic brake system needs bleeding before reinstalling the tire alongside its wheel assembly.
