    Q:
How to replace the air filter element on Buick Enclave? Posted by Customer
    A:
Fairly remove the fuel injector sight shield before you start the replacement process. Disconnection steps begin with pcv quick disconnects and engine wiring harness electrical connector removal from the mass airflow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor. The air cleaner outlet duct clamp should be unfastened at the Throttle Body as well as the 6 screws securing the air cleaner housing cover. Start by disconnecting the Throttle Body from the air cleaner outlet duct then unmount the air cleaner housing cover and outlet duct together. Before installation of a new Air Filter replace the old air cleaner element. Reinstall the air cleaner lower housing cover after reattaching its outlet duct back to the Throttle Body. Apply 4 nm torque (35 lb in) to tighten both the air cleaner housing cover screws and air cleaner outlet duct clamp. The maintenance sequence ends by connecting the pcv quick disconnect and the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the maf/iat sensor then reinstalling the fuel injector sight shield.

    Q:
How to replace the air filter on Buick Enclave? Posted by Customer
    A:
Start by removing the fuel injector sight shield and detach the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) fresh air tube from its camshaft cover fitting. First disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the mass airflow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor before loosening the air cleaner outlet duct clamp at the Throttle Body. Squeeze the 6 air cleaner housing cover screws while pulling the air cleaner outlet duct off from the Throttle Body connection. First remove and discard the air cleaner housing cover together with the outlet duct before installing a new Air Filter. Install the new Air Filter first before you set the air cleaner housing cover (with outlet duct) onto the air cleaner lower housing. Secure the Throttle Body duct by tightening its 6 air cleaner housing cover screws until they become snug without violating the fastener notice requirements. Screw down the Throttle Body's air cleaner outlet duct clamp to 4 n.m (35 lb in) then connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the maf/iat sensor before reinstalling the pcv fresh air tube to the camshaft cover fitting and replacing the fuel injector sight shield.

    Q:
How to Replace an Air Filter on Chevrolet Traverse? Posted by Customer
    A:
Start by taking away the fuel injector sight shield when you need to remove or install the Air Filter. The pcv device releases both the fresh air tube from the camshaft cover fitting and the quick disconnect element. First disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector that links to the mass airflow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor. You need to loosen the duct clamp at the Throttle Body before removing the 6 screws from the Air Filter housing cover. Disconnect the Air Filter outlet duct from the Throttle Body as you remove the Air Filter housing cover which includes the outlet duct. Remove your current Air Filter component while adding a brand new one. First position the complete Air Filter housing cover onto the Air Filter lower housing followed by its installation onto the Throttle Body. Snugly tighten the 6 Air Filter housing cover screws before applying 4 nm (35 lb in) of torque to the Air Filter outlet duct clamp locking it to the Throttle Body. First secure the maf/iat sensor's wiring harness connector from the engine wiring harness and then connect the pcv quick disconnect temporarily before adjusting the pcv fresh air tube into the camshaft cover fitting location. The last action involves placing back the fuel injector sight shield.

How to replace the air filter element on GMC Acadia? Posted by Customer
    A:
Before starting the Air Filter replacement process you need to remove the fuel injector sight shield followed by disconnecting the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) fresh air tube from the camshaft cover fitting. First disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the mass airflow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor and then loosen the Air Filter outlet duct clamp at the Throttle Body. Agents working on the Air Filter outlet duct must first loosen 6 Air Filter housing cover screws before separating the Air Filter outlet duct from the Throttle Body. Before disposal take off the Air Filter housing cover together with its attached outlet duct. Install a new Air Filter before setting the Air Filter housing cover (along with outlet duct) onto the Air Filter lower housing. At the Throttle Body attach the Air Filter outlet duct then tighten the six Air Filter housing cover screws until they are securely fastened. Tighten the Air Filter outlet duct clamp at the Throttle Body to 4 n.m (35 lb in). Finish the maf/iat sensor electrical hook up in the engine wiring harness before reattaching the pcv fresh air tube to the camshaft cover fitting while putting back the fuel injector sight shield.
