Before starting front fender replacement work begin by first supporting the vehicle and afterward detach the front wheel followed by all the bolts and Fender Splash Shield. You must detach the screws which run beneath the front bumper fascia as well as the screw linking the front fascia to the fender. The installation process begins with unbolting at the bottom fender base then moving to remove the bolt at the base of the windshield pillar by opening the front door. Start by removing the Headlight and finishing by taking out the fender after removing all bolts from its top. Begin by installing the headlamp and afterward move on to installing the fender. Secure the bolts at the fender top with a torque of 10 n.m (89 lb in) and add the windshield pillar base bolt and tighten it to 8 n.m (71 lb in). Secure the fender to the front bumper fascia through the screw by tightening it to 1.5 n.m (13 lb in). After that, bolt the fender base and tighten each fastener to 10 n.m (89 lb in). Use screws to fix the fender behind the front bumper fascia applying 4 n.m (35 lb in) torque and put in the Fender Splash Shield using screws at 1.5 n.m (13 lb in). Last step before completion is to install the front wheel and lower the vehicle.
