Remove the rearward HVAC control module and pull it from the connectors that supply it with electricity. For installation, heat the electrical connectors to the HVAC control module and install the module. Make sure to tighten the fasters to 1.8 N.m (16 lb in) and then replace the right IP cluster trim plate. Finally, recalibrate the actuators.

Fasten the hardware components with a torque value of 1.8 n.m (16 lb in). Reinstall the right ip cluster trim plate while performing needed actuator calibration.
