    In order to provide services and repair the steering wheel and column, they are required connection investigation of cable detachment on a negative battery. Then, turn off the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system. Take the steering wheel inflatable restraint module after that the steering wheel nut. Put the steering wheel puller (J 1859-A) in the center of the steering wheel and apply full pressure to pull the steering wheel fixture off of the steering column. For installation, position the steering wheel onto the column and install the steering wheel nut to tighten it to 37 nm (27 ft. Lbs.). Replace the steering wheel module, turn on the sir system, and end by reconnecting the negative Battery Cable.
