    You need to begin by taking off the rear window Wiper Arm and the rear door trim panel seal to replace the rear Wiper Motor. After that, take out the 3 screws holding the rear window Wiper Motor to the door, and disconnect the wire connected to the motor. As soon as you take off the old rear window Wiper Motor from the rear door , join the electrical connector to the new motor. Put the rear window Wiper Motor onto the rear door and use the 3 screws to fix it in place. Afterwards, put the rear door trim panel seal and the rear window Wiper Arm back in place.
