In order to service and repair the Oil Pan, first, lift and adequately support the vehicle. Drain the engine oil and remove the flywheel cover, oil level switch, and Oil Filter. Then remove the oil panbolts and disconnect the Oil Pan, then the oil pump pipe and screen, as well as the Oil Pan Gasket. Clean the mating surfaces of the cylinder block and the Oil Pan. For the installation, put the new Oil Pan, then install the oil pump pipe and screen, install the Oil Pan. Make sure not to over tighten the Oil Pan bolts that should be torqued to 14 nm (124 inch lbs.). After that, install Oil Filter, flywheel cover, and oil level switch. Finally, lower the vehicle, and chicken fill the engine oil.
