How to service and repair the Neutral Safety Switch on a 4L60-E Automatic Transmission on 2000 Chevrolet K3500?

In order to service the 4L60-E Automatic Transmission Transmission Position Switch/Sensor, release the parking brake and release into neutral. Unhook the negative battery connector, take out the transmission control lever and dishorse the wiring harness. Install the switch and make it parallel and fix it with bolts. Install the control lever once again, connect the battery and ensure the switch is working.
