When the length doesn't match have an assistant push the brake pedal to extend the booster piston rod then manipulate the rod until it just touches the pin head. Install brake pressure modulator valve assembly before master cylinder under these conditions while torquing master cylinder nuts to 13 Nm (108 inch lbs.). Secure the hose to the booster assembly through its clamp. Bleed the brake system before conducting an inspection for leaks while making brake pedal travel adjustments and using a torque wrench on the clevis lock nut to 26 Nm (19 ft. lbs.).
