  A: Before working on the Throttle Cable/linkage start by removing the negative Battery Cable as well as loosening the Throttle Cable locknut together with its adjusting nut. The Throttle Cable must be disconnected from its linkage on the throttle body before its casing can be removed from the bracket. Start by supporting the vehicle while removing one transmission bolt together with its retaining bracket. Last step is to remove the front propeller shaft.
