How to service and repair the Transmission Oil Cooler on 2000 GMC Savana 3500?

Start the Transmission Oil Cooler repair process by removing the vehicle's grille assembly. A wrench should be used to remove four bolts which secure the auxiliary Oil Cooler to the radiator support in all vehicles except those with the 4.3l engine. The auxiliary Oil Cooler must be disconnected by removing its four bolts (Wrench) from the radiator support in any vehicle equipped with the 4.3l engine. During installation you should use a torque wrench to secure the bolts at 10 nm (89 inch lbs.) for every vehicle model. Finally, reinstall the grille assembly.
