How to replace the wiper arm on 2001 Cadillac Catera?

In order to replace wiper arm, open the hood and loosen wiper arm stud cap, nut and washer. Use both hands to hold the wiper arm and loosen it by rocking it then remove. Install washers and nuts, set the wiper arms over the grille panel and close the hood.
