How to replace the outlet radiator hose on 2001 Chevrolet Metro?

In order to change the outlet radiator hose, empty the engine cooling system and lift the car. Take out the radiator hose of the radiator and radiator pump inlet pipe. Attach the new hose and fix it through clamps. Lastly, drop the car and fill up the engine cooling system.
