How to Properly Install a Fender Splash Shield on 2002 Buick Park Avenue?

In order to change the front fender splash shield, elevate and prop vehicle. Take out the tire and front fascia extension then remove the splash shield. Install the new shield, attach the retainers and bolt, re- attach the fascia and re- install the tire and then lower the car.
