How to replace the door lock cylinder on 2002 Buick Park Avenue?

In order to fit the door lock cylinder, the door trim panel and water deflector must be taken out. Take the E-clip and the outside door handle off the arm on the lock cylinder. Take out the lock cylinder keeping the gasket. To install, lay the gasket, insert the lock cylinder and re-attach handle and trim.
