How to replace the Rocker Shaft Spring Kit and valve stem oil seal on 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche 2500?

Remove rocker arms and pushrods, position piston at bottom, close valves, take out spark plug. Install adapter, apply compressed air to hold valves. Loosen spring cap, compress spring, extract keys, spring and seal. Lubricate parts, fit new seal with installer, reassemble spring, keys, spark plug, rocker arms and pushrods.
