How to replace the hazard and turn signal flasher on 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche 2500?

In order to change the hazard and turn signal flasher, firstly, remove the knee bolster. Then, at the back of the fuse block, unscrew the retainer as you press the flasher outwards. To install, insert the flasher into the fuse block until the retainer is clicked and lastly reinsert the knee bolster.
