How to replace the Brake Proportioning Valve on 2002 Chevrolet Prizm?

After draining the brake fluid from the reservoir you need to clean all foreign matter from the brake fitting components. Steal the 3 brake hoses away from the proportioning valve and loosen the 1 bolt which holds the valve in place. Place the proportioning valve onto the cowl and fasten it with a single bolt before tightening the bolt to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.). Reattach all 3 brake pipes to the proportioning valve after installation and follow the steps to eliminate air from the braking system.
