The procedure begins by removing the downward-facing stud that rests between the Heater Core inlet and outlet pipes of the rear hvac module before gently peeling off the Heater Core pipe gasket from the module case during Heater Core pipe retainer removal. First detach the auxiliary hvac module lower cover followed by Heater Core clamp removal until you extract the Heater Core from the auxiliary hvac module. You should carefully take out the gasket which exists between the auxiliary hvac module and the air distributor duct so you can potentially reuse it.
