Use hose clamp pliers (J 38185) to reposition the outlet Radiator Hose clamp before extracting the outlet Radiator Hose . During this procedure disconnect the transmission cooler lines from the Radiator. Start by lowering the vehicle before removing the cooling fan and shroud and then the Radiator support diagonal brace. You must disconnect the Radiator's coolant recovery line and then take out the Radiator and the bolts that attach the condenser to the Radiator. Begin by securing the condenser to the Radiator then tighten bolts retaining the condenser to the Radiator to 28 nm (21 ft. Lbs.). Afterward install both the Radiator itself and the cooling fan with shroud.
