You must remove the rear compartment applique before changing a rear fog lamp bulb. Exercise caution regarding halogen bulbs. Start by separating the fog lamp bulb socket from the applique assembly through tab operation followed by counterclockwise twisting motion and extracting it. Take out the fog lamp bulb from its socket. Cross reference the installation procedure by inserting the new fog lamp bulb into its socket with additional care due to halogen features. Push and turn the fog lamp bulb socket clockwise into the applique assembly before connecting the electrical connector then placing back the rear compartment applique.
