How to replace the throttle body assembly on 2003 GMC Envoy?

The first step in replacing the Throttle Body assembly is to get rid of the resonator assembly, then take off the evap canister purge line and dissociate the Throttle Body's electrical connector. Now you should remove the Throttle Body assembly retaining bolts , take off the Throttle Body assembly along with the gasket from the Intake Manifold and clean the gasket surface. Line up the Throttle Body assembly on the Intake Manifold, fit the gasket, and fasten it with the Throttle Body assembly retaining bolts , making sure they are tight to 10 n.m (89 lb in). At this point, join the electrical connector to the Throttle Body, connect the evap canister purge line, and put the resonator assembly back in place.
