How to replace the Mass Air Flow Sensor and Intake Air Temperature Sensor on 2003 GMC Savana 2500?

Disconnecting the maf/iat sensor's electrical connector and removing the air cleaner is the first step of replacing it. Pull the maf/iat sensor out of the air-cleaner assembly by first loosening the clamp around the maf/iat sensor and taking the bolts out as well. When mounting the maf/iat sensor, make certain the embossed arrow directs the air toward the engine for the correct working position. Install the new sensor onto the air cleaner housing and use its bolts to hold it in place. Tighten the bolts to 11 n.m (97 lb in). You should reconnect the maf/iat electrical connector, install the air cleaner assembly, and secure the maf/iat sensor to the air cleaner duct before closing everything up properly.
