How to replace the inside air temperature sensor on 2004 Cadillac SRX?

To replace the Air Temperature Sensor inside, remove the knee bolster and pull the aspirator hose off the hvac module. Carefully pry outward to disconnect the inside Air Temperature Sensor off of the i/p, then disconnect the electrical connection and the aspirator hose from the sensor. After disconnecting the inside Air Temperature Sensor, fashion a new inside Air Temperature Sensor connect the aspirator hose to it, and afterwards connect electric connector. Make sure that you have the foam seal tape in the right position to cover the openings at the sides of the grille assembly, then reinstall the sensor back to the i/p, reconnect the aspirator hose to the hvac module and re-install the knee bolster as well.
