You must secure the auxiliary Evaporator pipe assembly bolts on the Evaporator at 3.5 n.m (31 lb in). Resecure the auxiliary Evaporator unit inside the auxiliary hvac module while connecting the two halves after tightening each screw to 1 n.m (9 lb in). The final task involves installing new joint seals to the auxiliary hvac module case before fixing the module in its original vehicle position.
