  A: Starting any repair work on the underhood electrical center or junction block requires the user to disconnect the negative Battery Cable. Open the junction block cover by pressing its tabs forward to lift it off. The fuse relay center cover can be freed from its retaining tabs through upward pulling. Mark and disconnect the falling bolts which secure the harness ends before removing both elements from the fuse relay center. Remove the fuse relay center by first removing its bolts then extracting it from the junction block bracket. You must detach the wiring harness ends from the bottom of the fuse relay center by pulling each end downward. The bracket should exit from the vehicle by removing its retaining bolts. The junction block bracket requires proper placement after which bolts must be installed and tightened to 6 n.m (53 lb in). Line up the wiring harnesses before installing the fuse relay center which should be fastened with bolts at 6 n.m (53 lb in). First install the harness end bolts before setting the fuse relay center cover into position over the relay center bolts and pressing to connect the tabs. Complete the installation process by putting the junction block cover into position then engage the tabs by pressing it downward.
