How to replace the front driver side upper and lower door hinges on 2004 Chevrolet Tracker?

The replacement process of front side door upper and lower hinges on the driver side starts with removing the front fender. Locate and note down the positions of the front side door hinge which reside on the door and door jamb. The removal process begins with unhinging the bolts attaching the hinge to the door before removing the bolts between the door and jamb and finally extracting the hinge from the vehicle. Set the new front side door hinge according to the previously marked positions on door jamb then bolt it into place using the 2 bolts without making them too tight. Use the 2 bolts to mount the hinge on the door surface then torque the front side door hinge bolts to 27 Nm (19 lb ft). Finally, reinstall the front fender.
