To replace the Timing Chain Tensioner, collect the tools and remove the camshaft and engine front covers. Turn the crankshaft until the #1 piston is at Top Dead Center. Install Cam Holding Tool, mark timing chain links, and tension off. Remove the tensioner bolts and install new tensioner. Reorient the tabbed links and reinstall covers.
