How to replace the rear brake disc on 2004 GMC Safari?

In order to change rear brake rotor, de-park and lift the vehicle. Take out the tire and leave a mark of the position of the rotor. Disassemble the bracket and the brake caliper, but not the hose. Wipe the mating surface of the rotor, place the rotor and reconnect the caliper. Lastly fill up the master cylinder with brake fluid.
