To change the steering wheel, turn off SIR system and pull out inflatable restraint module. Unscrew the electrical connector, take out the retaining nut and record alignment marks. Separate the wheel using a puller and after that, install it by following the wiring, matching the marks and finally connecting the parts back once the components have been installed, then activate the SIR system.
