In order to replace muffler, first, raise and support the vehicle, make sure that the catalytic converter is supported to avoid damage. Take out the catalytic converter gasket and catalytic converter bolts and then the exhaust hanger insulators. Take out the muffler and exhaust pipes, clean the flanges, and then re-fit the parts and then lower the vehicle.
