How to replace the blower motor resistor on 2005 Cadillac SRX?

In order to remove the blower motor resistor, one has to take off the left body side trim access panel and un-link the electrical connection. Unscrew the screws and remove the resistor. Install new resistor, clench it in using screws, reconnect electrical connector and replace access panel.
