How to replace the rear Fender Splash Shield on 2005 Cadillac STS?

During the replacement of the rear wheelhouse splash shield, the retainers and screws that affix it with the vehicle are to be removed followed by the removal of the old shield. Install the new shield and the retainers and then the screws to hold it in place making sure that they are tight.
