How to replace the evaporator core on 2005 Chevrolet Aveo?

In order to change the evaporator core, first of all, disconnect negative battery cable and detach the instrument panel assembly. Next, take out the heater/air distribution case assembly and the evaporator case cover. Install the new evaporator core, screw on the cover, re-mount the assembly and re-connect the battery cable. Lastly, fill up the A/C system.
