How to replace the A/C Expansion Valve on 2005 Chevrolet Aveo?

In replacing the thermal expansion valve, disconnection of the negative battery cable and retrieval of refrigerant should be done. Dismantle retaining nut and bolts and extract expansion valve disposing of the O-rings. Wipe off the surfaces, change the O-rings and the new valve, reconnect the battery and recharge the system.
