    A: Raise your vehicle and support it properly before taking off the tire wheel assembly then Brake Drum for Wheel Cylinder replacement. After preparing the Wheel Cylinder area remove both Wheel Cylinder components followed by disconnecting the brake pipe fitting until you can seal the exposed end. Using the j 38400 Brake Shoe spanner and spring remover (J 38400), press apart the brake shoes top to extract the Wheel Cylinder from the Brake Backing Plate while also discarding bolt Wheel Cylinder mounting bolts. After opening the brake shoes with j 38400 tool apply the new Wheel Cylinder onto the Brake Backing Plate then fasten Wheel Cylinder bolts at 16 nm (12 ft. Lbs). Attach the brake pipe end into the Wheel Cylinder and tighten it to 13 ft. Lbs. (18 Nm). Place the Wheel Cylinder bleeder valve into position and secure it with 8 nm torque. Then add the Brake Drum to its place. Flow the hydraulic brake system fluid through the system then put on the bleeder valve cap. Next adjust the drum brakes and set the tire and wheel assembly back in place before lowering the vehicle.
