How to replace the left engine mount on 2005 GMC Safari?

To change the left engine mount, disconnect the battery negative cable and lift the car up. Remove the oil filter adapter, engine mount thru-bolt and nut. Use a jack to elevate the engine and remove the engine mount bracket then apply the new mount, tightening all the required bolts. Reinstall oil filter adapter, lower vehicle and reconnect battery.
