  A: Mount and position the master cylinder flange in a work vise to work on brake repairs. Fix two connecting parts on the master cylinder ports after you take out the reservoir cap and diaphragm. Place transparent hoses to the fittings and lead them into the reservoir space. Move delco supreme 11 (GM P/N 12377967) brake fluid in sealed dot-3 container into the reservoir until it reaches half the capacity while keeping the ends of the hoses deep enough for complete submersion. Press and release a round tool into the primary Piston deeply 3 times to a 25 mm depth as the travel length shortens and the resistance grows while fresh fluid flows out of the ports. Bleed out the fluid until you see clear liquid coming through without air pockets inside. Put the reservoir parts back in place after removing the transparent hoses from it. Install the master cylinder ports' fittings last after wrapping the cylinder with clean cloth to keep spills contained.
