You need the km-210-a Steering Wheel puller (KM-210-A) or j 1859-a Steering Wheel puller (J 1859-A) in combination with j 36541-a Steering Wheel puller legs (J 36541-A) to extract the Steering Wheel. The contact ring from the Steering Wheel can be removed when required. Once installation begins reconstruct the contact ring onto the Steering Wheel while keeping the steering column shaft and Steering Wheel match-marked to achieve proper alignment. Line up wheel mark points after positioning the signal-canceling cam to the left side. Route the retaining clip through its slots before securing the Steering Wheel with the 38 nm (28 ft.
