How to replace the rear door window motor on 2006 Chevrolet Malibu?

In order to change the rear door window regulator motor, one has to remove the trim panel and water deflector and open up the rear door. Unscrew the electrical connector and take away the regulator screws. Open the motor assembly, remove it, and replace it with a new motor along with the electrical connector and assemble the door parts.
